Fairfield Youth Advocacy, Inc. , dba "The Beatbox", is a non-profit corporation incorporated in the State of Iowa. The organization structure is a Board of Directors assisted by an Advisory Board. Daily operations are conducted by staff members and overseen by the Board of Directors.  The advisory board meets quarterly with the Board of Directors to give general direction and form action committees.

The Beatbox is a 501 (c) (3) tax-exempt organization.
